Quotation & negotiation
Quotes gathered against the same specification so they're actually comparable, then negotiated on the whole picture — unit cost, tooling, payment terms, lead times — with the reasoning shown, not just a number.
Sampling rounds
Samples judged by the engineers who designed the product — dimensions, materials and finish against the spec, not against a photo. Rounds continue until the sample earns a production order, and the approved sample becomes the golden reference.
