manufacture — 01

Find the factory your product deserves.

Anyone can find a supplier in China. The work is finding the right one — verified, capable of your actual processes, and negotiated against drawings they can't hide behind.

what we do

Search, vet, negotiate, sample.

Specification first

Before any factory sees your product, we make it quotable: drawings, materials, tolerances and a quality standard. If you come with a finished pack, we review it for manufacturability — gaps found here are the cheapest fixes of the whole program.

Factory search & vetting

Candidate factories identified for your product's actual processes, then vetted: business and licence verification, capability and capacity checks, quality-system review, references where available. The loudest listing is rarely the right maker.

Quotation & negotiation

Quotes gathered against the same specification so they're actually comparable, then negotiated on the whole picture — unit cost, tooling, payment terms, lead times — with the reasoning shown, not just a number.

Sampling rounds

Samples judged by the engineers who designed the product — dimensions, materials and finish against the spec, not against a photo. Rounds continue until the sample earns a production order, and the approved sample becomes the golden reference.

  • A vetted supplier shortlist with the evidence behind each name
  • Comparable quotes and a negotiated recommendation
  • Approved samples that become the production standard
  • A supplier file you own — nothing lives only in our inbox

straight answers

Asked often.

How do you vet a factory?

Business and licence verification, capability and capacity checks against your product's actual processes, quality-system review, references where available, and sample rounds judged by engineers before any production commitment.

What if the cheapest quote isn't the best one?

It usually isn't. We quote against a real specification so prices are comparable, then weigh unit cost against tooling, quality risk and communication quality — and show you the reasoning, not just a number.

What comes next.

A vetted factory is the start, not the finish: production runs under quality control and lands via production management & freight. Products that need design work first start with engineering or industrial design.
