Using this site

By using skeelx.com you accept these terms. The site exists to describe our services and how we work. Its content is general information, not professional, engineering or design advice for your specific situation — that's what an engagement is for, and engagements are agreed in writing, separately from these terms.

Content and accuracy

We keep the site accurate and honest — estimates are labelled as estimates — but we don't warrant that everything is complete or current at the moment you read it, and we may change content at any time without notice.

Intellectual property

The skeelx name, wordmark, site design, text, imagery and films are owned by skeelx or used under licence (including licensed stock footage). You're welcome to link to the site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Don't reproduce substantial parts of the site, use our brand assets, or present our content as your own without written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the site, probe or attack the infrastructure that serves it, scrape it at abusive rates, or use it to misrepresent a relationship with skeelx.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party sites (for example, our hosting and font providers' policies). We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, skeelx isn't liable for loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes and contact
